A couple of walks and a dash for cover

 Hello all and another exciting day here in Chiang Mai.

Well not really, in fact it was about as routine as you can get in rainy season.

I knew I was off to the pub in the evening for the F1 so I thought I would slip a little lunchtime stroll in as well. It was a bit of a  wander round the block and the snaps I took were of the graven images I saw there.

This morning the Idle Editor in me got a litlle carried away trying to enhance one of them so here is what I came up with;

Hey up, and here is the Relive

Later it was off to the Red Lion for the Belgian F1 qualifying. I hadn't gone far when the error of my "should be ok, they haven't forecast rain yet" was shown to me with a prtactical demonstration by nature and I had to take shelter. It was 30 minutes before it eased enough to rrestart the ramble.
Not to worry into the city, a bite to eat, a quick chat with a friend and off to try and get a haircut which, at the first attempt, was unsuccesful.
So I went for a couple of wines then back for a haircut.
Having had the mop tidied I wandered back to the Red Lion passing a tuneful group at the Terrace bar

They are plugging a Thai superstar who, with the looks of things, emulates Elvis.
I cant see myself paying £30 to sit and hear Rove me tender and more.
So off to the Red Lion to watch the qualifying

Which, as it happened, was also rain effected.
Coffee.
